Kenko, organic grower of dragon fruit and starfruit in Malaysia



Kenko’s farm land was a secondary forest before October 2006. It was cleared for cultivation of fruits crops in October 2006. Since the land has not been cultivated and expose to chemical fertilizers and insecticide before, therefore there is no conversation period needed when applying for any Organic Certification.

Kenko is a diversify farm. Its has planted mainly dragon fruits and starfruit and others varieties of tropical fruits, 30 varieties of green leafy vegetable, vegetables fruits & herbs in its 1st phase of 200 acres.

Kenko started its organic farming activities in January 2007. Kenko's certified organic farm is owned by two companies, namely Kenko Real Organic Sdn. Bhd. 542086-T and EM Bioorganic Sdn. Bhd. 700408-H.


Pithaya: from bud to fruit

Kenko is dedicated to organic farming, supported by the technical support from experienced technical team from APNAN and EMRO from Malaysia and Japan, and team of dedicated staff with more than 10 years of experience in farming.

Kenko is located in the project known as the ‘Projek Pertanian Moden Lanchang’ Lanchang, Temerloh, Pahang, West Malaysia. It is situated in the East Coast of West Malaysia and about 100 kilometer away from Kuala Lumpur via Kuala Lumpur - Kuantan Highway.



Kenko is an intergraded modern organic farm which has a total farm land of 400 acres. The farm is part of the 3,000 acres of secondary forest land allocated by the Pahang State Government for cultivation of food crops.
